This CLE qualifies for 1 hour of CPD with the BC Law Society. This will be a virtual event held on November 2nd from 12:30pm - 1:30pm PST.

Andy Hayher, KC, a senior and seasoned family lawyer and Dr. Terry Singh, a registered psychologist whose primary work involves assisting Court-involved individuals and families, share a framework they have developed for better explaining to the Court, arbitrators and others involved in dispute resolution the cultural considerations or norms that are often involved in separation, divorce, child protection and other proceedings.
